Everyone,
A few months ago I took a journey to find the Chocobo Forest in the hopes of finding a way to heal Zack after he had turned ill. I need to again thank everyone who came along with me on that trip, and no amount of thanks will ever be enough.
We didn't exactly find what we were looking for when we went there. The Chocobo Forest was pretty much empty of any birds. What we did find were a boy and a moogle who told us the tale of the forest and ruins in it. It seems it used to be the location of the Chocobo's Paradise in some previous cycle, if not before all of this began. According to the tale it was ruled over by the Fat Chocobo, who could give his blessings to the others and give them powers and new colors.
While we searched the forest we found a map that took us to a location in a Calm Lands. The chest we found had some smoke inside that put our chocobos in a daze, but when they woke up a few of them had changed colors just like in the legend. On top of that Zack has since been able to swim through deeper water than he had been able to previously. And most of all, he had been healed.
I've seen no unhealthy turns for any of the birds since then, and I was thinking maybe it would be a good time to go back to the Chocobo Forest to see if we can find any other clues about the Chocobo's Paradise. The forest isn't at risk of being swallowed by the Calamity yet, but I still think it would be better to pursue this sooner than later. When I suggested the trip to Zack he seemed really excited about it too.
Any who want to come along are welcome, even if you don't have a bird of your own. I'll need some time to get things in order so we probably wouldn't be going until sometime next month. If the beginning or end of the month works better for you, please let me know. This trip wouldn't be as much as a labor as last time, but if anyone has a way to help us get there and back faster that would be nice.

Having just returned from an extensive rotation at Esdham I felt it important to inform you all of the latest developments in the Republic -while there are many details that I'm bound by my occupation not to disclose there is, after all, more general information that might prove suitable to our cause as Heroes of Light.
Since the loss of the Heran capital, Esdham has it's attention between monitoring the situation in Nabilia as the Calamity draws closer to the city and also providing some security to Continent of Ruin since the deactivation of the barrier. Given the substantial losses incurred as a result of the Ultima Weapon, it's no small exaggeration that manpower is stretched just about as thin as it can be; hence even my own extended duty away after the last fortnight. The situation is hindered further by an overarching concern for the future within the citizenry at Esdham itself. After all, the Calamity will be on our doorstep once it expands outside of Heran territory.
I'm pleased to report that the military can now provide a Airship service to-from the Mysidian Tower, subject to authorization by any military personnel. Varaha has since dispatched a contingent to further secure the location, but I suspect there is still a great deal that could be learned, not least from the simulation at its apex.
Lastly, I would appreciate anyone that might be inclined to bring me up to speed with goings-on in Aqures as of late. Spencer has informed me of a VHS-video that I should take the time to watch and would invite the company of those more informed of it to join me in watching, in case there are questions that might already have been answered since.

As always the flower shop is open but there are many kittens here that need homes. Since I’ve been away from the shop more I’ve thought to hire someone to look after both the plants and the animals with me. Tempest, my moogle, had offered to watch the front of the store but with flower orders and other tasks it’s becoming more difficult to handle alone.
If anyone is interested please let me know. I want to make sure you’re able to take care of everything so I’d like to have something like a trial…
I know a lot of people just arrived here again. To those, please let me introduce myself. I’m Terra Branford and I run the flower shop located between the 14th and 09th District of Aqures Ixen..
Lastly, I would like to catch a Chocobo but I’m not sure how. I’ve heard they come in colors but a normal one is alright; if anyone can please help.

However, I find that Big Yellow recently laid some chocobo eggs, which means she is going to be a mother. However I know that people would like to have a chocobo and of course I cannot raise more than two of them, so who would like to have a baby one when they hatch, or when they are actually old enough to not be around there mother?

I've been thinking about how we could help out the moogles with the Christmas village, and Mograe came up with a really good idea. I've got some experience making and decorating things, like clothes and bags and things like that. I was thinking about staying in the village this month and trying to help raise money by taking orders for people.
But I can't do a lot on my own, so we would really like some help! It doesn't matter what your talent is. As long as you can make something, I'm sure we can put it to good use. I've got some money saved up that I can use for buying supplies and things like that, so all the money we make can go straight to the village. It should be good practice, too! Maybe we can learn some things from each other.
Just let me or Mograe know if you want to help out! Every little bit counts.

Minato might not be the most ambitious person in the world, and this extends to culinary arts, but he knew how to follow instructions. In this case... post-mortem ones from another kindly Spirit he helped out, but--that's creepy to mention, isn't it? "So you might not believe this, but I learned some recipes from a Flence pâtissier after she tragically died." yeah, no. Kharon looks faintly proud as he delivers to one person, and only barely stops himself from doting that he's become "a good boy".Now he only wished he would try take it easy a little... How about that irony.

While I am capable of journeying solo, I would prefer if I had a party to meet up with. My hunting grounds will borderline the Calm Plains.
I request two damage dealers and one healer, any combination. No preference to healing classes as well.

There are some though that are are admittedly obnoxious or harmful and dangerous, and yet we can't judge all of them-- Many were people once, don't want to hurt anyone, and need help. Plenty the kind who had regrets and can't move on to rest in peace; but it doesn't have to be that way.
The thing is, we're able, as people who are still alive, to assist in reaching that peace. It's not always an easy task. Some have been content with having someone listen to them, and others have more detailed requests I've had to leave off and wonder about how to go about accomplishing.
But I'd like to ask the other Heroes to once again, as they're inclined, to take that word in our fancy titles and put it to work. There's only so much one person can do, so I'm asking.
You can check out the quest board if you have the time and are interested, I've listed some that I'm not currently working on. I can't offer a solid award in mind (and I think priorities here would be a bit... misplaced given the context) but they themselves are fairly likely to have something to offer you.

His leg's been treated and a lot of bedrest was recommended, and having his moogle hanging over him to make sure he moves as little as possible has kind of sucked. Where you once might have noticed Ven out and about the town every day, now he's rarely been seen since the Heroes' return.
Unless you're a fellow resident of B-10. Then you might be well aware of the insomnia keeping him up lately, if the fact that he's been busying himself during odd hours of the night with reading in the living room or cooking in the kitchen -- and looking exhausted during the day -- is any indication. He can be found around the house most hours, either inside as mentioned above or hanging around in the yard, watching the sky or observing the repair efforts of neighboring houses.
Humor him, friends, he needs the distraction.]

There are many different worlds represented among us, so I think it only fitting to give some thought into something that might encompass all of us. What tokens of remembrance would you offer, Heroes?
I hope that you do not think my suggestion is too-soon, but it shouldn't be allowed to simply fall into memory.

Recently, I was happily getting two moogles to realize how they felt about one another and I had an unusual thought. I asked my moogle Artemis about it and he didn't want to answer. So I thought I might as well ask here.
But how exactly are moogles born? Do two moogles do that 'special hug' like normal people do? Or is it something like the story of the stork?

To all Heroes of Light,
Recently, I was happily getting two moogles to realize how they felt about one another and I had an unusual thought. I asked my moogle Artemis about it and he didn't want to answer. So I thought I might as well ask here.
But how exactly are moogles born? Do two moogles do that 'special hug' like normal people do? Or is it something like the story of the stork?
It's just a general wondering that I wonder if someone or somemoogle might be happy to answer.
