[As per usual, Spencer is sent directly to Kupow and will probably stick around to share a small bag of kupo nuts with him before having to come back to Esdham. It's a long way for a moogle to keep being sent all the time since Sephiroth insists he goes not via the mognet. The instruction is for Kupow to deliver it immediately to Tifa - privately!

Besides, life as a military moogle really isn't all that. Given how his Hero is still being evasive.]
