[Since Yugi had heard about the files, he had already gone to see his and was surprised to see someone else going through it. Giving a small cough he was going to try and get her to stop and turn her head at least.]

[Yuffie slides back with her arms behind her back as if she hadn't done anything wrong. Like going through someone else's past without permission.]

[She's tempted to stop him from reading his own future.]

[A group of Moogles are looking through Ales' files in another computer, crowding around the screen and blocking all text from Yuffie. Before she has a chance to ask them for a peek, a Mognet official flies up to them and in a serious tone asks them to leave, as the files were requested to be locked from the public.

They comply. Their jobs depend on it, after all. And in a minute, the whole thing is locked away.]

[Well. THAT tone certainly isn't the calm-collected SOLDIER Yuffie might well have come to be a little more amiable about. Sephiroth strides up behind Yuffie, takes a firm grip around her forearm and pulls her away from the monitor before moving to put himself between her and it.

He's covered well-passed the waist down in white brick-dust. Good job his clothing is old clothing, really...and also he seems to have attempted something of a top-knot to keep his hair (mostly) out of the way of it.]

[She feels the pull of his grip only after those heavy words reached her ears. There wasn't all that much in Sephiroth's file that she hadn't already known...]

What's the big idea?! It's not like I don't already know. Geeze... no need to be grabby.

[She doesn't stop reading though she's very aware of Sheena standing over her. She hadn't really talked to the girl except that one time in the past.]

We have more in common than I thought.

[Ven gets the letter, but he doesn't put two and two together; if anything, he assumes this person must be in a rush to get to her own file, like anyone else.

Unfortunately, computers are not within his area of expertise by a long shot -- so he brings Rae along to the lab for help, but when he spots that girl (oh! the one he saw at the meeting!) he figures he can kill two birds by talking to her again and seeing if she's any good with these machines and willing to give him some tips.

So! He comes up behind her as she's perusing and speaks up, cheerful despite the rush he's in -- by which time she might have discovered anything from the fact that he was an orphan taken in by a guy who nearly killed him (several times), is capable of unleashing a force that can presumably cause a universe-wide apocalypse, spent twelve years in an ageless coma, or anything in-between. Have fun with that.]

[Yuffie jumps half way across the room at the familiar voice. The files had pictures which means that Yuffie knows exactly who she's been reading about and what they look like.]

Holy Shit! Ven!

[Did he tell her his name before? Well, she knows now.]

[While the Adventurer wasn't too surprised that there were files on him, he was a little concerned about what might be in there. He had technically nothing to hide as Moggle Mog brought him towards the area where Yuffie was.

Clearing his throat, he asked,] PRay, good lady, how do I look at the files? Your Moogle informed us that you were looking through many.

[Damn it, Mooshoo.

She looks up at Meteor with a nervous smile. That's a very ironic name for her.]

Yeah. You just access the computer screen.

[She glides her fingers across opening his file. She seems to know it pretty well.]

[The amount of surprise that Ira had that there were files on him was an astounding zero, but with the knowledge that there indeed was, combined with that letter from another moogle...

Well, let's just say that he was running into the lab all the more faster than he would have. There were just some things no one should know about him, and he's hoping that if this other "Hero" had read any of his file, it hasn't been much beyond the fact that he had to name himself and his actual age.]

...If that's what I think it is, I'd recommend closing that file if I were you.

[Her fingers move quick and the file if closed before he's able to finish his sentence. He's new so she isn't felling all that threatened but she knows that people can grow in power quickly so she isn't about to test that luck.]

[Sparks gets there pretty quickly, but isn't surprised to see the person who's beaten him to the punch is Yuffie. He hands back a bit as she works at the computer, arms folded, but he doesn't sound angry or annoyed when he talks, just his usual even tone.]

You should let people read this. At least those who read that ridiculous book.

[It's not like Vincent can get there right away to stop her. Meaning she can probably get to his and read it if determined. When she's most of the way through she'll feel a 'glare' boring into her, and a small cough for attention.

It's not who she thinks though, as Ophelia is there, arms crossed and red scarf trailing. She's managing a fair imitation of Vincent's glare as well as looking vaguely hurt at the other hero.]

Mooshoo,

Cid informed us that Palitutu had files on all of us. I can only presume if these files are like the ones ShinRa used to keep, then it contains relevant information about our time in Crystallis. Anything we've done, Jobs we've held, our vital statistics, etc. Given her role, it is likely also these files contain information on us, from our home-worlds too.

Including secrets we'd likely rather were not shared.

Yuffie has probably gone to see what secrets she can learn now, before those of us inclined manage to lock our files down once more.
