Hey,

I've been checking out the area around the Crystal of Fire and in the hospital.  I didn't see any of the people who showed up in crystal stasis at the beginning of the month.  I'm not really sure what it means.  I have some guesses, but I don't want to make them out loud before I know more.  But there's nothing to worry about right now... I think.

[At some point during the day, Chiaki can be seen walking out of the area set aside for professional Triple Triad games in Aqures Ixen, carrying a large bag with the letter 'G' written on the side.  The very familiar jingle-jangle of a big stack of fat loot can be heard coming from within.]

Maybe, maybe not. I did get some evidence that it could be real, but I don't know if I can trust it or not.

That's one way of looking at it. That this was intentionally set up by someone who has control over the crystals and how they work to bring people here. My idea assumes that the crystals are doing it on their own, and that they're running out of power. If this world uses them like batteries, it's only a matter of time before they need recharging or go dead completely, don't you think?

There's too much evidence for me to think it's an accident. You could be right about the power, but as far as it being accidental, I don't think so. I'd go into more detail but I don't trust mognet's security, or lack thereof.

That's fine. Either stop by my house sometime, or at the police station is fine. Far as I'm concerned, this is totally police related.

Probably should schedule a meeting for all the heroes at some point, too. We got a lot to go over, I think.

I'll come to the station, then. But we should have a meeting too. That's what the observatory is for, after all.
