RE: Imperial Fleet
I've told a few of you that the Empire was preparing a fleet. We expected them to take their people somewhere safe, but that's not what they're doing. According to our Intel, they're gathering their armies to attack Aqures Ixen. Esdham has confirmed our information. At the current rate, they should attack sometimes during July.
We're going to start evacuating the civilians to Trano and Flence once the World Cup over. I would tell you to leave as well, but Jessie says you should stay. Dunno what's on her mind, but odds are you're half the reason the Empire wants to attack us. Keep quiet about this, we don't want panic to take over the streets.
Those in the Law Enforcement, contact me if you'd like to help. Those who want to help but are neither in this nor the army, I think Jessie will contact you at some point.

With all due respect, waiting for them to hit us will do little difference. We'll only be running until they reach us.
I apologize if my judgment is based more from experiences in my world, sir, but I do not like just waiting for a defensive movement when we know they're building up strength.
