RE: Imperial Fleet
I've told a few of you that the Empire was preparing a fleet. We expected them to take their people somewhere safe, but that's not what they're doing. According to our Intel, they're gathering their armies to attack Aqures Ixen. Esdham has confirmed our information. At the current rate, they should attack sometimes during July.
We're going to start evacuating the civilians to Trano and Flence once the World Cup over. I would tell you to leave as well, but Jessie says you should stay. Dunno what's on her mind, but odds are you're half the reason the Empire wants to attack us. Keep quiet about this, we don't want panic to take over the streets.
Those in the Law Enforcement, contact me if you'd like to help. Those who want to help but are neither in this nor the army, I think Jessie will contact you at some point.

You have my deepest regrets for this turn in relations. If you will have it, I will lend you what support I may, which is not nothing. In addition to this, although I cannot speak for my friend, it should be safe to say she would be an eager sword. Only provide direction, and we will see what we may do to fulfill the request.

It would be a shame to miss it. From the sound of it, our friends have put a great deal of effort into preparing for the occasion. We must therefor prepare some entertainment of our own for these gentlemen; it is only fair.
