[Kopula is sending this out to everyone except for Link and Zelda. He doesn't much care for the man that his hero is stuck living with.]

I'm looking for a companion for my hero. I'm sure most of you know her, she's sweet and kind and everything wonderful! [He might have a small crush on Zelda.] She deserves someone just as amazing as she is!! She deserves a true hero! Someone who can take care of her because she always works so hard on her own. I know that the heroes aren't always concerned about love but I would really like your help.

I might not be explaining this well...

I'm looking for a companion for Zelda. I know she isn't in love here and she feels the need to protect her friend from home and look after him but she deserves to be happy too!!! I'm hoping to set her up on a nice date so she can find someone. If you can help.

A god! That's perfect! My hero is a Goddess. She's the Goddess of the sky. I think it would be perfect if they met and hit it off.

However, I believe you are underestimating her strength of will and her ability to decide for herself whether or not she desires a boyfriend. She works hard because she believes in the usefulness of the work she is doing.

Cloud spends a lot of time pining after Tifa Lockhart, one of the other Heroes. However I think you may have also noticed that both he and Zelda get along fairly well. In fact he seems to be far more comfortable and natural around your own Hero than he is around his supposed childhood sweetheart.

Perhaps he needs a little push to be honest with himself. Even if he doesn't know it.

I’ve heard of you and yes they are just friends. [At least as far as he knows.] They don’t spend much time together but she worries about him. From my understanding her home is very small with few people so that might be why.

Is there a love-bug going around, that some moogles have been bitten by? As this is the second letter I've seen circulated around.

Such things shouldn't be forced, I think. Else it'll only end in more of a mess than the mess you want to get your Hero out of.

Dear Spencer,

Nothing happened to him, Link is lazy and his interest in Zelda is minimal. She worries about him and cares about him like friends and family often do but it isn’t exactly love. She isn’t breaking past that because of him and I fear that’s holding her back from being happy.

When no one’s looking Zelda looks sad and I know she has to be strong but there is no reason why she can’t be happy right?

I remember and I was happy that they had the push but Link hasn't been a very good companion for Zelda. They spend most of their time apart and when they are together it isn't anything like the sort of companionship that comes from love.

I want her to be happy and have a hero would is strong and can protect her.

It would be days later before Link had finally seen the request made by Zelda's moogle companion. The road alongside his childhood friend had been rocky even before arriving in Aquares Ixen, and Kopula had seen to make the journey all the more arduous. It was a fact that Link was not the most reliable, nor the wisest, and he had often wondered why it was that he had been so blessed to even know so much as an ounce of her affection and compassion. But to constantly hear the dissatisfaction from a partner dear and near to her? Something had to be done.

Evening came, and with it meant that Zelda would soon be home. Their schedules had kept their contact to a bare minimum, outside of a passing and exchanging a tight embrace before wishing one another a "good day". However, his knight's pride, let alone his pride as the chosen hero, was now in debate. With a copy of the letter, Link waited in the main quarters of their house, watching as the moments passed by on the clock hanging from the far wall, waiting to Zelda to arrive home.

Zelda didn't know about Kopula's letter or his plans. She had no interest in his plans which was obvious to those who have inspected Link's and her relationship. She stepped into the house sliding her shoes off to place them next to the front door. She wasn't used to Link waiting in the main room. They were both usually very busy.

"Good Evening Link." She smiled at him as she stepped deeper into their home. "How as your day?"

She was able to feel tension in the house as she walked through the door but it wasn't until she was standing next to him that she noticed something was wrong. "Link. Are you okay?"
