Moogle of Love~

[Kopula is sending this out to everyone except for Link and Zelda. He doesn't much care for the man that his hero is stuck living with.]

I'm looking for a companion for my hero. I'm sure most of you know her, she's sweet and kind and everything wonderful! [He might have a small crush on Zelda.] She deserves someone just as amazing as she is!! She deserves a true hero! Someone who can take care of her because she always works so hard on her own. I know that the heroes aren't always concerned about love but I would really like your help.

I might not be explaining this well...

[His hand writing gets a little messy like he's writing the rest really fast.]

I'm looking for a companion for Zelda. I know she isn't in love here and she feels the need to protect her friend from home and look after him but she deserves to be happy too!!! I'm hoping to set her up on a nice date so she can find someone. If you can help.

Your world sounds nice though. Mine is... very busy to be honest. There's so much going on, and it can be dangerous going out your door. Some of the big cities aren't as safe as they could be either.

[He took a bite of his fruit and added,] But it is beautiful. There's a wild beauty to the world, and yet it is governed by mystical forces everywhere.

[Zelda laughs softly.]

Well in that our worlds are similar. [She leans forward slightly, her expression wistful.] Skyloft used to be peaceful.

Though the world below is more like what you described. I'd love to see your world. It sounds wonderful.

[Even if it's dangerous.]

I'd like to show it to you, but there's a lot familiar here as well. The crystals, the chocobos... one would think my world would be similar to this one. Although the races of man as we call them, are wide and varied.

[Twelve she's cute, how did I not notice this?]

[Zelda notices the way he's staring at her and her cheeks quickly flush before she's able to push the feeling away.]

Really? What sort of races? I'm only familiar with my own and those I've found here.

[There aren't many with pointed ears in Crystallis.]

[Abashed, he blushed deeply before he nodded.] There are the hyur like myself. Humans they call us here. Then there's the smaller folk, the Lalafell. Tarutaru are the name.

There are the Elezen, elven folk of the wood and cave. The Miqo'te, hunters of the night and sun which sport feline features like lions and such. And then there are the Roegadyn, strong powerful folk of the sea or the mountains who excel as craftsman and proud warriors.

The last are the Auri, the Au Ra. Folk skilled in craft and war who came across the sea from the land of Othard. They sport horns and scales like dragons, but are more along the lines of the demon folk. They are newer to the area, but still are considered the race of man.

There are also several "Beast Tribes", the tribes who do not consider themselves of Man's Twelve Gods.

[Zelda listens closely, nodding with each new race that he covers. Some of them she knows from Crystallis while others leave her wondering what they might look like.]

I’m Hylian. Um… [Thin fingers carefully sweep loose strains of blood away to show him her ear.] We were created in the image of the goddess Hylia.

She’s the goddess of the sky.

Goddess of the sky? That's quite interesting. Eorzea has many gods, but they haven't walked our world in ages.

Does yours still communicate or no?

[Zelda's smile falters slightly.]

In a way.

[She doesn't really know of an easy way to say that she's the goddess reincarnated.]

[There probably isn't, and he simply nods.]

That's all right, I won't pry if you want to keep it private.

[She shakes her head with a smile.]

I don't mind sharing, a few of my friends already know. [She laughs.] It's just a little odd to say.

You see, I'm Hylia's reincarnation. I have her memories and her powers.

[When she's not in Crystallis.]

Oh? That's quite a title. But I'm sure you just like being treated like any other person.

[He took another bite and added,] I rode on the back of the Dragon King, and had him in my head for a while. So I guess I know something about weird stuff.

That's true.

[Zelda smiles.]

Really? [She hasn't met anyone who's experiance memories of a deity in their head. It's more than a little confusing.]

When I first met Midgardsomr, he was, well, not really alive. But his spirit was. He had "perished" at the battle of Mor Dhona years ago but that's not the point.

The point is, is that he severed my bond with the Mother Crystal, Hydaelyn, and then bonded with me. So when I could hear the Crystal, I could only hear Midgardsomr. Fortunately I got my blessing back, and he was impressed by my fortitude.

[Zelda smiles at the tale. Admittedly it doesn't all make sense to her because she doesn't understand the context of the Mother Crystal.]

It's strange isn't it? I received Hylia's memories after I was attacked in Skyloft.

[She pauses.]

It wasn't that bad, then had sent a tornado to bring me down to the planets surface but Impa found me and protected me.

[She had been lucky then, as well as knowing that her loftwing had been safe.]

Both of us, prompted by the deities and powers we command. I guess it's one of those things that make a lot of people similar.

[Cause nothing says normal like the reincarnation of a goddess or a man powerful enough to slay gods.]

[Zelda laughs.]

I guess so.

It's nice to talk to someone about it.

[It's very hard to explain.]

It is. I'm glad.

[He smiled, taking a bite of the sandwich.] Oh this is delicious!

[Her smile widens once more.]

I'm glad you like it. I really enjoy cooking.

It's a skill I've not mastered, but I am capable of making soups and salads.

My favorite is pumpkin soup and it's almost the season to make it again.

[Last year she made a lot of pumpkin soup.]

That sounds incredibly good. Pumpkins are among my favorite foods.

[Considering he spent much time in Ul'dah, the pumpkin farms were first rate.]

I'll make sure to make you some then.

[Zelda looks up at the sky realizes the sun had moved from it's original post.]

Do you think they are worried about us?

Perhaps. Though it is probably best to assume they are taking their time... I haven't the faintest why they are so late though...

[Well.. he had a little inkling. He had seen shippers on deck before.]

[Zelda shifts her weight forward taking a bite of a sandwich. There is far to much food to finish on their own.]

In that case we can take out time. When you are finished eating please let me know and I can put the food away.

[If it sits out bugs will get to it and Zelda is practical by nature.]

All right, sounds good to me. [In that meantime, he will eat, pleasantly tasting her delicious food.]
