To: All Heroes of Light
[Private Letter to: Zelda]
To Zelda,
I had an idea that I was told to let you know about. You know that sometimes we have new Heroes of Light. Well I thought that maybe we could set up something like a welcoming committee. I'm already planning to see who would be interested, but basically they will be people who will greet them and give them what information they ask, give them a tour as well so that they won't get lost later on. You know things like that.
So, I was wondering if you thought this would be a good idea?
Bloom.

Hello,
I was thinking of maybe setting up a welcoming committee to welcome newcomers and show them around. So I was wondering if anyone would be interested in doing something like that? If you are please let me know.

Perfect. I'll see you there.

[ooc:Should we continue this as an action log? Ales will be walking over to Bloom's house at the right time.]

I'll be waiting.
[And she will be waiting just outside her house after making sure Rona the Cat was nice and comfortable in her room.]
Action
Just as agreed, he arrives at Bloom's house at the scheduled time.]
Afternoon! [He cheerfully greets her.] Shall we head inside to plan this out?
Action
[She waves happily before moving to open the door to let the other in.]
After you, then we can talk.

Now, you mentioned creating a committee of sorts, right? We'll first have to start off by deciding on what roles need to be filled. Some might greet the heroes when they first appear, others to provide touts of certain areas, and so on and so forth. [He added a flourish of the hand every few words.] What have you decided on so far?

[She went to go to the kitchen.]
But at the moment all I know was people to greet and give information either by mouth or through some sort of brochure or leaflet with information.

I'd say having a welcoming committee to physically meet the new Heroes would be a good idea. It makes us seem more friendly.
[Not wanting to be rude, he stayed behind in case Bloom would only be in the kitchen for a moment.]

[She nodded slightly, she agreed that it would make them seem more friendly. But she knew not having too many might be a bad thing to.]
I agree with that. But so long as it's one or two people to each new hero. Having too many might overwhelm them after all.

[Some of these Heroes...would just plain intimidate the newcomers or give a bad first impression.]
I'm thinking of having a greeting group of about 5, and then another group of tour guides. Maybe assign a few new people to each of them, right?
no subject
[However she wouldn't know who would be good and who wouldn't, even though she had been here a while now.]
That sounds like a smart idea really. It's small enough to not be so intimidating, but big enough so that if one person doesn't know the answer then someone else can pipe in.
[She was smiling a little bright than she had been a few minutes ago. Things were slowly starting to come together.]
Also with new people, maybe one or two to each is a good idea as they would have the fresher approach than anyone.

[He pulls out his notebook.]
...Anyone else volunteer to this yet? I'd want to begin organizing this as soon as possible.
no subject
At the moment no, but I'm sure once this rolls around, then we'll get more.
