To: All Heroes of Light
[ This letter comes in a black envelope. ]
Fellow Heroes of Light.
In the aftermath of our battle with Palitutu, questions have arisen as to how we will face the Emperor. Some amongst us are following what lead we have on the Calamity, others are trying save what can be saved or find what clues those before left for us. However, Garland's defeat will mean nothing if the Calamity is allowed to devour all worlds.
We have been told countless time victory is impossible, yet evidently this hasn't deterred us-- If anything all attempts to discourage us have only served to renforce our convictions, our belief in an eventual victory. And whilst I do share this belief, time is running short.
But nothing is set in stone. Thus my question: what are your plans to deal with the Calamity?

Honestly, I've just been making up everything as I've been going. I know there's a lot of questions about what we need to do, and what can be done about the Calamity and the choices we need to make. I've just been trying to do what feels right. It hasn't always taken me down the right path, but I feel like even in those mistakes I learn something new about myself. And besides, I know I can depend on everyone else if I get stuck myself.
I don't know if saving Palitutu was the right thing to do after all she's done, but the others believe strongly enough and I'll be there to make sure they're safe if something goes wrong.
The one thing I know for sure is I don't plan to use Kalki's song when we encounter Garland. I'm not worried about it coming down to a fight, even a fight to the death, but something about that song just feels wrong.

Sometimes doing what feels right is the right thing to do-- So long as you do indeed learn from your past mistakes and learn to differentiate between what feels right and what should be done.
I do however agree with your words. Such a song should never be uttered least all hope has been lost.

That's what I've been trying to do. Everyone here has been encouraging me and have been a big help in me finding my own way. Talking to myself when I got to visit my home world last month helped out a lot too.
