[Selphie had felt the pain of Zelda's death and the people that could have explained it weren't handy or in a talking mood. Instead, the perky brunette is left to hear from word of mouth of the death of a Hero of Light and thought long and hard about what she could do to help. As Cuppa Kupo has fallen into her hands, this seemed like a logical step for her to take.]
To Everybody,
I... don't really know what to say right now. This doesn't feel right, or fair and I know it's gonna be hard for everyone involved.
That said, if anyone wants a safe place to sit and think for a bit, Cuppa Kupo is open to you. I learned that a cup of tea and a person who's willing to listen can help more than any other action. Please know that you don't have to suffer alone.
Anyone is welcome and you're not alone.
Your friend,
Selphie Tilmitt
PS: I have a question for someone who's been around the city for a long period of time. Anyone will do!

I've been around since last February, and except for going into stasis this past October, have been here for the most part. Maybe I can help?
You're very sweet to offer your shop. Ms. Zelda will be dearly missed.
Sincerely,
Lydia Deetz

Call me Selphie! I'm not a teacher by any means. :)
But yes, I think my question might be better asked in person actually. Given how weird Mognet can be sometimes, I think it might be better that way.
It felt like the right thing to do.
From,
Selphie

I didn't think you were a teacher, so much as I was being polite. I'd rather err on that side than on rudeness.
I'll stop by them. I'm not hard to spot, given I'm probably the only person who still has the Vampire job equipped all the time, not to mention I'm rather spooky-inclined.
Sincerely,
Lydia

Sorry about that! Maybe I was being too informal.
Okay. Spooky gal dressed like a Vampire. That shouldn't be too hard to miss. I'll have tea waiting for you!
Thank you,
Selphie

Moving to find an empty table, she's brought her sketchbook and pencils with her.]
[Action]
The guest was dressed fairly odd but it didn't bother the perky brunette as she placed the glass on the table and placed the menus in front of it.]
Welcome to Cuppa Kupo! I'll be by in a few minutes to take your order. If you have any questions about anything on the menu, don't hesitate to ask.
Re: [Action]
I'm really ok for now. I was hoping to talk to Selphie?
[Action]
That's me. I'm waiting for a Lydia myself.
Re: [Action]
That's me. This is Betel-Po, my companion moogle.
[A bob of his pom-pom covered head, and a "Yo-Kupo" in greeting.]
[Action]
It's nice to meet you both.
[Selphie rested her arms on top of the table before continuing.] Thank you for coming.
Re: [Action]
I'm trying to not hermit myself, like I did when the last major downer hit us.
[There's a faint smile, as Lydia is trying.]
You also said you had a question?
[Action]
Yeah... this was more than a bit out of left field, I'll admit.
[Selphie looked at Lydia thoughtfully before voicing her thoughts.]
I do. Well... several actually. Where do I start?
Re: [Action]
No, I get that. There's been a lot going on, and it can be hard to organize thoughts after everything.
[Action]
I thought some of the stuff happening back where I'm from was weird but a string of murders where people come back to life definitely takes that cake.
[She rested a hand over her heart briefly before placing it back on the table. The perky brunette didn't want to reveal her fear to her new friend. It was far too early in their friendship for Selphie to let that wall down.]
Re: [Action]
That whole 'coming back to life' thing is new compared to where I'm from as well.
[Action]
[Selphie nodded briefly as her moogle sat herself at the table next to her partner.]
What about the feeling you get when you know that something bad has happened?
Re: [Action]
[Don't mind Lydia too much, leaning on her arms. She's usually more upbeat than this.]
[Action]
Like... a sharp pain that's there for the briefest of moments and then it's gone.
Re: [Action]
What about it? I mean...it fades after time.
[Action]
[Selphie sighed lightly before changing the topic.]
I should've asked these questions long ago. Some SeeD I am... can't even excel at gathering info.
Re: [Action]
It can be hard dealing with the sad emotions. It's part of life though.
[But she'll accept the change in topic easily.]
What's a SeeD?
