[Selphie had felt the pain of Zelda's death and the people that could have explained it weren't handy or in a talking mood. Instead, the perky brunette is left to hear from word of mouth of the death of a Hero of Light and thought long and hard about what she could do to help. As Cuppa Kupo has fallen into her hands, this seemed like a logical step for her to take.]

To Everybody,

I... don't really know what to say right now. This doesn't feel right, or fair and I know it's gonna be hard for everyone involved.

That said, if anyone wants a safe place to sit and think for a bit, Cuppa Kupo is open to you. I learned that a cup of tea and a person who's willing to listen can help more than any other action. Please know that you don't have to suffer alone.

I'll stop by them. I'm not hard to spot, given I'm probably the only person who still has the Vampire job equipped all the time, not to mention I'm rather spooky-inclined.

Anyway, I've been here since we all started showing up. This cycle anyway. I think. I can try to answer your questions.

The cafe can be open as late as you need but you might have to walk a gal home afterwards. ;) I think we have some camomile tea that might help with the sleeping problem. Or even a friendly ear who's willing to listen can help. I didn't know Zelda that well but we've all got some big shoes to fill.

Feel free to stop by anytime. I just don't know how long the curfew is going to stay in effect. Oh we have Coffee too if you'd prefer that.

I've been here since December of last year. Where's your cafe?

[Lydia wouldn't quite have put it the way Selphie put it, but it was close enough. Didn't seem to be a description born of malice or mockery either. Betel-Po, with his striped fur and shaggy fur around his head follows close behind as Lydia heads for the cafe. Bicycle left outside, she is rather distinctive even without the lack of shadow and silent-movement of the vampire job.

Moving to find an empty table, she's brought her sketchbook and pencils with her.]

I just found out about Anise. How is the cafe holding up?

[Selphie draws out a map of the area where the cafe is located with a series of fluorescent stars around the cafe's location.]

It's holding up for now. I know where to pick up supplies for the shop but I need to hire more staff and learn how to run a business. It's a bit different from organizing festivals where I'm from.

If you have any advice, I'd appreciate it. Anise just left me with instructions to make money and chaos.

[Selphie spots the new patron and smiles warmly. She stops by the kitchen quickly to gather a glass of water for Lydia as well as bringing her two menus. One was the full menu for the cafe and a second was the specials for the day.

The guest was dressed fairly odd but it didn't bother the perky brunette as she placed the glass on the table and placed the menus in front of it.]

Welcome to Cuppa Kupo! I'll be by in a few minutes to take your order. If you have any questions about anything on the menu, don't hesitate to ask.

[Betel-Po immediately looked at the menus, excited and hoping Lydia was done being annoyed with him enough to treat. Lydia looked up, and offered a smile.]

I'm really ok for now. I was hoping to talk to Selphie?

[Selphie beamed at Lydia in response.]

That's me. I'm waiting for a Lydia myself.

[Lydia held out her hand.]

That's me. This is Betel-Po, my companion moogle.

[A bob of his pom-pom covered head, and a "Yo-Kupo" in greeting.]

[So Nanami is going to show up eventually, holding the map]

I never knew this was there before...

[Selphie clasped Lydia's hand and shook it firmly before seating herself across from the other girl. The perky brunette grinned at Betel-Po's greeting.]

It's nice to meet you both.

[Selphie rested her arms on top of the table before continuing.] Thank you for coming.

[Lydia shrugged her shoulder. No need to thank her. Betel-Po gave her a big grin and a thumbs-up, as he was looking forward to some food.]

I'm trying to not hermit myself, like I did when the last major downer hit us.

[There's a faint smile, as Lydia is trying.]

You also said you had a question?

[Selphie was outside the cafe, watering the plants in the planter boxes adorning the windows when Nanami arrived.]

It is a bit of a hole in the wall, I'll admit. Welcome to Cuppa Kupo! Head on in and a moogle will be with you shortly.

[She smiled warmly at her guest.]

I recommend the fruit parfait if you want something light with just a hint of sweetness.

[It was her personal favourite after all.]

[Selphie flagged down one of the moogle waiters and asked them to bring a pot of tea, some cookies and a plate of kupo nuts for Betel-Po. Selphie made sure to always keep lots of kupo nuts handy.]

Yeah... this was more than a bit out of left field, I'll admit.

[Selphie looked at Lydia thoughtfully before voicing her thoughts.]

I do. Well... several actually. Where do I start?

[Lydia's smile stayed, understanding and friendly.]

No, I get that. There's been a lot going on, and it can be hard to organize thoughts after everything.

Selphie,

Do you perhaps need assistance at the Cuppa Kupo, seeing that you are offering a lot to many Heroes of Light here?
