So Yuki's not sure what's going on but it seems like my powers have returned and I'm wondering if this has happened with anyone else?

And does weird things like this happen a lot?

P.S Uh, this is Yuki, I'm Mr. Satoru's moogle. Uhm, that's his name, kupo. Asahina Satoru, he's a Scholar and and Dragoon. Uhh, thankyouforyourtimehaveaveryniceday!

My powers lets me light things on fire along with other things... it just...happened.

It is really awesome, not going to lie I missed my powers.

Well I can't really attack humans, but I can levitate him onto the roof?

Or make every flat surface in his room into a mirror.

I have a few grumpy targets in mind... though one of them is still mad about something else so we will skip over him for now.

I may not always have my powers but I bet if we put our minds together we can definitely pull some amazing pranks off.

We can figure it out. Your not alone.

I think it's better if we work together. I'm going to keep a look out for others who might also be getting their powers back and if I find something I will get back to you.

If there is damage to your house please let me know. I know a few people who can help restore anything that has been damaged.

I think I have a handle on it but uh, yeah I guess I might be unable to really go back at this time.

I guess one of those names would come in handy.

Know anyone who specializes in burnt tables?

His name is Link and he has a gift for crafting things from wood. If the table is burnt it might be best to replace it but I would have to see it first to tell.

Whatever was broken or burnt can be replaced though.

Try not to worry or put too much on yourself.

Okay! So you can perform magic? What else can you do?

Honestly this isn't nearly as bad as this one time I was trying to compress water vapor and it accidentally exploded all over the class...yeah that didn't go over well..

SOLDIER 1st Class are warriors imbedded with the very essence of the Planet. We are able to do many things including magic, though even normal people that can find materia can also tap into the magic as well. However, SOLDIER are beyond what normal people can do, and 1st Class are beyond even that.

I don't understand how you can so easily call yourself a weapon, and for someone other then yourself.

But, you once said you where a former General. One day I wouldn't mind hearing more about your world and yourself, Mr. Rhapsodos. I wish we had more time together, but it seems the worst has occurred so I'm not sure what's going to happen.

I do not know. All I know is that you cannot blame yourself for this. Whatever is happening, he probably thought it was best that you did not get hurt in the process.

That's a little disconcerting.

Everything is fine, I've been playing with fire since I was twelve.

I just wasn't sure if my powers had infected anything else in the surrounding area.

Powers? Are you a magic user? I thought that those who were able to use magic had their powers stripped from them when they arrived here.

Magic? Well it's not really magic, more like science. But yeah, my powers where taken away when I first arrived as well, which is why it's so odd.

Although, I can't complain much. It's nice having them back, I'm not used to all this using a weapon to fight thing.

I'm glad that were sent back to you. Being trained with a weapon, I can assure you having to use a sword is never something that a person gets used to.

Do be safe, though. I'm sure you'll be fine but it's a kind gesture all the same.

Uh, telekinesis.

I'm not really sure how to explain it, everyone from where I'm from has the ability so...

But uh, pretty much I can do or form anything I imagine, within the boundaries of physics of course.

Can't light a fire without oxygen for instance.
