I have a favor to ask you. From what I hear, the Black Hat Moogle is going to be transferred soon. I wanted to find out what he knew about Nova Crystallis. It was something we heard about while we were in the Imperial City. Could you arrange to meet with him, and find out what he knows? He might not be forthcoming, but there is always a chance he will give us some clue as to what the Empire hopes to achieve.
