But if you care for Yuffie, you must speak with her. She thinks you do not want her by your side, and that wounds her more deeply than the blow you gave her. Know that if you hurt her again, by word or by deed, I will hunt you down to the ends of this earth and make you pay, without regard for our former companionship. But if you heal this rift between the two of you, you will have my gratitude, whether or not you desire it.

Honestly... I was planning to meet up with Kidd in Aerilon for a bit cuz she said she was doing something there. I just can't believe you left for what? A MONTH! And you didn't say goodbye. Plus there is the whole fight in the middle of the observatory thing.

You shouldn't do that... I don't even know WHY you would do that. It's not like you were going to kill him or anything and his heads to thick to have anything knocked into him.

[There is a notable pause and a slightly darker font from here on.]

I miss you. So wither it's there or here. We should hang out again. I moved out of Tifa's house. I don't know if she really minded or not. I still visit a lot and sometimes sleep over. I'm back living in my old place. It's just me but it's nice. The floor is still stained blue... Did I even tell you about that? It's a pretty fun and slightly terrifying story.

[Another pause and the font changes slightly.]

You can do stuff here and there. Just don't start fights and then leave. It makes me worried and it's annoying to have to worry about my friends.

It was something we heard about while we were in the Imperial City. Could you arrange to meet with him, and find out what he knows? He might not be forthcoming, but there is always a chance he will give us some clue as to what the Empire hopes to achieve.

      Did you... know Dycedarg? Was he someone from your home? I am wondering because... there was also someone in the dream from my home, too. Someone that maybe is known to Dycedarg too, since that is what it seemed like.

I do not believe there is a reason for Ramza to be sorry, either. Maybe you will feel this way, and because you do, that makes you different, does it not? Ramza is not Dycedarg just like... Meredy is not Shizel.

Dear Meredy,

Dycedarg was my elder brother. We did not get along well growing up, and I later learned that he poisoned my Father and many others. I do not know how or why he was brought here as a Hero, for he was nothing of the sort.

I cannot claim responsibility for Dycedarg's actions, but he is still of my blood and committed wrongs in my family's name. That I cannot ignore. I want to do whatever I can to counteract his evil plotting and restore the Beoulve name to what my Father wished it to be.

You are not Shizel, and perhaps Shizel invited trouble upon herself by allying with my brother...but I still offer you my apologies for not having prevented him from harming her. I could feel what Dycedarg could, so it stands to reason you could feel Shizel's pain as well. I am sorry for that.

Is... restoring the name of your father very important to you? Is it very important to carry on things that everyone's mothers and fathers worked for?
