I know it's been a while, but remember I said I was 'waiting on something' before really heading out and wanting to take you along with me? Well it finally came in, though I certainly didn't expect it to go over THIS way!

I'll be going to the Monster Arena to start helping out there. If you want to come along, I'll be leaving tomorrow!

I'm heading out to start helping with the Monster Arena that just opened up. I know you wanted a training partner and all that, but maybe if you've got some time, you want to tag along? Should be fun either way!

I know going out in the daylight doesn't really favor your job, but I'll be heading to help with the Monster Arena. If anything that sounds like a pretty good place to get information on Monsters if that's what you're still interested in doing. I'll be leaving tomorrow!

-Dear Heroes and other such adventurer types-

I'm Allenby and I'm the one who helped get the Monster Arena running again. I'm not saying that for glory or thanks, but, for anyone who actually knows me, it'll let you know where I am now.

I'll be dedicating a lot of time to it since it not only seems like a really fun concept, but it's going to be one of the best places I can upkeep my training and get stronger. I'll be leaving tomorrow (Monday) to head there, so if there's anyone interested in joining me, send me a letter or meet up with me at the southern gates by noon!

Well, if you do not mind some dead weight during the day I can probably make up for my lethargy on night watches. Simply allow me the knowledge of where you are headed.

We're heading south for now. And there's probably paperwork and junk to handle too so we won't be always working during the day. Won't this help out with that Blue Mage thing too?

Perhaps! I was told that to find the true power of the class I must endure a Hamster's assault. I am uncertain if that is a riddle or not but perhaps when I find a pet store I will come to an understanding.

Hamsters here are actually really deadly. Or so I hear. They're not like the cute little things you keep as pets back home.

Oh, by the way, I changed my jobs... I won't be moving as fast as I did before, but, I guess that's just the price you pay for this whole 'Job' thing.

It seems that people can have power from two sources or Jobs, at least that is how I have come to see it. Perhaps it is simply testing them till you find the one that your soul is most at ease with.

I might just take you up on that offer and join you in your training. I have some experience with Monster Arena's as well as capturing monsters and it is an enjoyable way to train.

Yes, back home there were people who captured monsters but they weren't able to travel and take care of what they have caught.

I have taken the job. I know it will be fun. I just hope we capture everything in each area.

Everything in each area. Way to make it sound like some kind of game but... Hey, I figure at least one of everything is going to do him, and us, some good!

I'm already training my Moogle as my 'pet', though she's been training me for a while anyway. Like, exercise and stuff!

Sure, I'll come. I heard about a new Job Crystal that opened up too, so it'll be a good chance to see what that's all about.

When and where are we meeting and how long will we be spending there?

I took the new job so we'll get to find out together. We'll leave tomorrow about noon and we'll probably spend a couple of days there, not counting travel time. I'm pretty sure the poor guy doesn't have anything to start with so I want to make sure he's got something to operate with before I leave.
