Good day,

I hope everyone is enjoying the snow and if not I hope you are all able to stay warm. I don't know to much about these festivals but I think that we all should take the time to celebrate. In that spirit I have collected some gifts in my travels for all of you and I would like to throw a party in the afternoon of the 25th. It will be an open house so all are welcome to come and stop by for how ever long you like. I will have snacks and drinks but nothing to fancy.

I'm still decorating the house but I know that you will all love it!

If you can't come please let me know. I do wish to find a way to get you your gift. I know that I don't know all of you personally and it isn't anything expensive but I'm happy to have met everyone here and I wanted to show that.

I'm still available for questions and I will be working on the information system for the heroes. Right now the records are will me until we are able to set up a safe place for them. We might be looking for a free building in the city to use as headquarters so if you have any thoughts please let me know.

Thank you for your invitation, and to RSVP the same- I may not be available in Aqures Ixen on that date.

My papers from Esdham came through this morning, and although my participation in this war is on a voluntary basis, who knows if there will be anything required of me during the Starlight period.

If it does become a possibility however, I will consider it later in the month.

Something like that. Kopu says its called the Star Light Festival here and the celebration he tells me about sounds like it would be fun.

Thanks for the invitation, it sounds like a fun time. We had a winter festival back home in Nibelheim, but after I moved to Midgar it wasn't the same. Do you know if they have any customs here in Aqures Ixen?

It was mostly just a tree lighting and some gift giving. I guess because it got so dark and cold in the mountains in the winter. Honestly I didn't really care much about it all until I moved away and started to miss it.

I hope this letter finds you well. I would like to meet with you and discuss options for the purchasing of a building to house our records and act as a sort of guildhall for the Heroes. As more and more appear by the Crystal of Fire, it becomes more apparent to me that we must needs be more organized, not less. We have no choice but to rely on each other; thus, I believe it falls to those of us who have been here longest to organize such an effort. Your collection of information and logs thus far is a fine foundation to build on.

As an aside, I assure you a gift in my case is unnecessary. There is much work to be done and I can think of no finer gift for myself than the founding of the Heroes' Guildhall. Merlose will take care of arranging our meeting.

As for a gift, I'm afraid I already got something for you but it wasn't any trouble. Even small things can connect us and though it might be a little silly, I think gift and holidays like this are important; more so when we are so far from home. It brings people hope.

The festival is to celebrate life. The gifts are my way of saying how much a value those here with me. I don't think I could be so strong without know I have all the other heroes with me.
