Hi, Everybody!

I'm Yachiru Kusajishi. This place is nice, I guess. I still miss home and my stuff. But being a ninja and dragoon is really fun! There are lots of places to explore. Plus, I can fight lots of different monsters and I can play with the Chocobos. I really like them. They're so big and fluffy. Do you think if I ask really nice, I can take one home? I would take good care of it!

If anyone ever sees a really big guy with spike hair and bells named Ken-chan, can you tell me? I want to draw a picture to show what he looks like, but I don't have any crayons or pencils.

PS There are lots of places with really yummy food, but I can't find the candy shop. I was gonna eat some the marshmallow stuff, but Maki-chi promised we would get normal marshmallows.

Chocobos... are those the large birds I've heard about?

Yeah, I saw them a few days ago. They're really big and yellow. The man at the farm let me pet one, then I got to ride one! He told that the ones the farm are tame and you can borrow them or ride them anytime, but you can also catch one too.

[Then again, she's pretty tiny so everything is big]

Yeah, I am! I hope I get a nice one. The old man says that if you catch a mean one, it might run away. He says once you get one, you can keep it at the farm.

Perhaps I'll try to get one as well. It would probably be useful to have one for traveling long distances.
