I don't think it's personal for you Yuffie kupo, so much as a habit. And some habits are harder to break than others, especially when you're hurt.

Vincent does care about you though, and consider you his friend. He just has different ways of showing it than you do kupo. I think he also is making an effort, even if it's small and slow.
