Both my home and Luceti had them, though I have reason to believe that the monsters were not necessarily native to Luceti, but from other worlds, other places people came from.

It's not unlike here, aside from being far far more welcoming and accommodating. It seems awfully unfortunate that your world has no magic. But I suppose without monsters there would be little need for it, hmm?
