Welcome to recent arrivals.
Following what happened last month, we are trying to learn more about the Moogle with the Black Mage hat and his accomplices. All we know is that he manipulated some of you thanks to a black crystal, that may have been one of those stolen in the Magitek Research Facility. As the black crystals were stolen by imperial spies, our only certainty is that he is somehow related to the Empire. Furthermore, as the energy building up in the Crystal of Fire ceased the second his ceremony came to an end, it is possible he was also behind the attempted destruction of Aqures Ixen.
Biggs and Wedge are currently in Esdham trying to get more information. We will keep you informed if we learn anything more. Furthermore, I have more information to share with you:
Jobs
I have studied the Jobs the spies had with them when they infiltrated the Magitek Research Facility. It appears your Crystals absorbed-- Or rather, copied these Jobs. This is why some of you had the spies' Jobs following the encounter. Furthermore, it appears some of the latest heroes to have awakened in this city had these Jobs as their default ones. It proves all of your Crystal are connected, though how I cannot say yet.
Using one of my machines I made a copy of these new Jobs, and after studying them I was able to create a "Blank Job," it is to say a Job without any skills or properties, similar to Freelancer in nature. However, while the Blank Job is useless in its current form, allied with your Crystals' abilities to copy skills this Job may enable you to learn attacks used against you.
I have named it "Blue Mage." The gem contained in this envelope will transmit this Job to your Crystals if you so wish.
Crystal Stasis
There are currently sixteen of you in Crystal Stasis. While some have fallen in Crystal Stasis only days after appearing in this world, most of you have been here since the beginning and are yet unaffected. We have yet to find any patterns regarding why some of you fall in Crystal Stasis and others don't. Furthermore, for lack of a better term it would appear you all are "immortal."
A few of you have died and rather than decomposing, your bodies fell into crystal stasis upon meeting with death. It has been observed after seven days those who died came out of crystal stasis, fully healed. An exception has been noted past month when the Moogle with the Black Mage hat controlled you. It is unclear exactly how the black crystal allowed him to do this.
Moogles
As you may have noticed, aggression against Moogles have abruptly come to an end after the Night of the Thirteen Moogles. We are yet unsure as to what was the source. Some grievously employee are in coma and may hold answers. Until then, we have no further information on this topic.
