Once again, word is going around of a small "flying saucer" being spotted outside of the city, this time making off with chocobos rather than cows. A lot the locals seem to think these are just rumors, but I saw it with my own two eyes when this started a few months back.
I need any and all sightings reported to me immediately. The other officers in this city are also under instruction to take any reported sightings seriously. Whether they're from this planet or not doesn't mean they're above the law. But just as importantly, I really want to talk to these guys and find out where they're coming from, where they've been, etc. This is the only sign we've had of life outside of this backwater planet, and reckon I've got a lot of questions for them.
Besides what their plans for our livestock are.
Because I may not want to know what the answer to that one.
Anyway, be sure to tell me if you can ASAP. Since I'm the guy with the rocket steed and all. Maybe I can catch up to them in time.
