I will say that often he does get frustrated with his own limitations.

Sephiroth and Terra though...that takes a bit of time for Sephiroth's moogle to be able to get his small thoughts in order about. Much like this letter at all, if he were caught circulating rumors Sephiroth wouldn't be very happy with that.]
In my opinion, Terra is special to him. I think that's the only way I can really put it. It's very difficult to watch them together, though, sometimes.
